There! In the shadows! A faint silhouette of a silver horse appeared, before fading once more into the darkness that engulfed this area. Blizzard was her name.
Hoofbeats were muffled, as they thudded quietly on the grass. At every few paces, the mare paused, scenting the air around her. No, she was not afraid. But why take the chance here? Perhaps she would have been better off searching in Zerkhan Forest? Too late for regrets now.
So, on she trotted. Both warily and wearily. Her muscles ached from days of traveling, but she pushed herself on. No, it would not do to stop here. Here, she would be sitting duck for any stallion who happened to pass by.
Moonlight shone on her soft, unmarked coat. Something magical was in the air, and the stars seemed to chime to her. Yet, however hard she strained her ears, they were just a notch too soft. So, on she trotted, disappearing once more into the shadows.

He came slowly, large, heavy hooves leaving there marks in the soft, earthy soil. But then he stopped, mocha orbs following the silhouette dancing before him. She was beautiful, more different than any mare he'd even seen. Dark black pelt shone dully in the faded light, and a soft nicker escaped past his lips. The moons rays caught his dull, black coat faintly, and he moved forward.
Harks followed her soft sound, and he came after her, stalking her within the shadows. Neither could see one another, but he wished to find out her name, perhaps have her join him. A soft, rumbling nicker thundered from his throat as he neared her, and the Clydesdale picked up a slow canter, now passing her. He cut onto her path, and stopped before her, rearing as she came near, and landing with a loud thud.
He looked dark, evil, menacing basically, but his looks meant nothing. It surprised him as well, but he was a light stallion with nothing to fear. A smile pursed onto his lips, and he bowed to the mare.
" Hello mistress. My name be Dagger, my I ask for your most lovely calling? "
Of course his words showed his politeness, but his tone said otherwise. It was thunderous, heart-stopping. But nothing to truly fear. A gentle giant he was, why not trust him?

Blizzard A dark, back figure hurtled into her path, rearing up in front of her. The white mare squealed in shock, wheeling away and darting backwards, ears pressed flat against her skull. Pulling to a graceful stop a distance away, Blizzard stood tall, head thrown up proudly as she stared at the stallion, eyes betraying no fear. The mare watched him, warily, as he landed and stood there, not making any attempt to move towards her... Yet.
There she stood, proud and strong. Her flowing locks cascaded down her shimmering bodice, and she looked as though she were bathed in starlight. Heart beating fast, Blizzard struggled not to bolt and flee. Fool! She chided herself. Isn't this what you wanted? So what are all these thoughts about escaping, hmm? Soft amber eyes critically accessed the huge Clydesdale. He looked dark, but what was his alliance? Dark or Light? Looks can be deceiving, right?
The ebony stallion bowed, and she returned the gesture with a faint nod, relaxing a little at his polite gesture.
"Greetings, Dagger. My name is Blizzard..."
His words dripped with courtesy, but his tone was menacing, thunderous. Which was his true side? Only time would tell.

The large draft chuckled softly as he spot the odd, look of fear in her eyes. He could assure her one-hundred percent he was a light stallion, but he didn't want to scare her, though she only looked worried. His mocha gaze caught her amber one, and he smiled. She had the most beautiful eyes he'd even seen. They glowed like coals in a fire, and were so deep, trance-like... so beautiful...
He smiled softly as she introduced herself, and he nod his head softly.
" A pleasure to meet you Blizzard. No need to be alarmed dear vixen, if I am not wanted, please, allow me to know. "
Dagger could assure the lovely mare he'd never harm her. his brother on the other hand... yes, he would have to make sure Blizzard stayed safe. At any costs, that is, if she wished to travel with him.
" Why is a lovely mare such as yourself doing here? Shouldn't you be home, resting in the lap of luxury? "
Voice was the same as earlier, but his neck was now arched with grace that evil stallion loved to show off, but his kind smile showed otherwise. What would her reaction be...?

Blizzard The silver mare shifted her weight, flattening her ears with embarrassment. "No... I reacted instinctively. Please, don't feel that you are not wanted her..." Blizzard spoke softly, cat-like eyes gleaming in the darkness, focused on this stallion.
Her reflective orbs flicked around the secluded woods, ears constantly on the alert of danger... For any other stallion who might attempt to sneak up on her.
"Lap of luxury?" Blizzard scoffed. "I have no herd. Not since..." Trailing off, the mare fell silent, as a liquid diamond slowly flowed down her cheek. Brushing it off impatiently, she looked at Dagger. "I have come to find a herd," She shrugged. "As all mares do when they come here. And yourself?"
Blizzard's shimmering bodice moved slightly, and her voice was like the sigh of the wind blowing through the grass. What would Dagger reply? She had since learned to disregard his menacing tone of voice, for the Clydesdale did not look like he meant any harm.
